Can't log in to submit a support ticket
I can’t really comment on your log-in troubles because I don’t have that issue. But perhaps someone else will be able to help you there. But submitting a ticket anonymously doesn’t take much longer to get a response than submitting one while being logged in. Or at least it hasn’t made a difference in my experience. Just make sure you give as much information as possible.
It makes no difference whether you are logged in when submitting a ticket, or not. In fact, being able to log-in is a recent addition.
The certificate ‘bug’ only affects some of the forum-users. You can use the ‘Support’ link on any other guildwars2.com site page to bypass said ‘bug’. (Something amiss with the redirect.)
