Add me to the list. Stuck on the loading screen I have to exit the game then when I come back on the game states the authentication server is unavailable.

Add me to the list too, desolation server, norn guardian.
Upon entering the loading screen comes on and then stays there indefenitely.

Same here, I get stuck in the loading screen.

Has this bug always been here? or is it a new one caused by one of the mini patches?

Same here, Underworld EU – stuck on loading screen at Temple of the Forgotten God part of the quest!

I have the same problem.
I tried 6 times and everytime its the same thing, infinite loading screen.
I am a sylvary necromancer.

I have the same problem, Asura Thief, Order of Whispers. Game loads for a long time before I lose connection.

Im not sure what is wrong, a friend entered at the same time for his quest and didnt had any problems,while i keep stuck on loading,so i guess it not for everyone

Same here, Asura Guardian. Hope Anet fix this issue asap or we can’t go further in our story quest chain.

So I was playing the other night just fine, did my ps in Cursed Shore and logged out in Lions Arch, now when i try to fast travel or go trough a portal to the Cursed Shore, it loads for a time and then says that “the client has lost connection to server please wait a few minutes before restarting.” I’m playing on Ruins of Surmia and have never had this problem before, any solutions or suggestions? I really wanna finish my Personal Story..

Yep, same story here.. stuck on the loading screen, have to click exit button, when I relog I get error, when I relog again the loading screen again… like in a continuous loop..
Devs please fix this !

i too have that issue, im also on ruins of surmia. i just tried to zone from malchors leap to cursed shore, and now im stuck in limbo

I am having this problem right now. Can not log onto my main character in Cursed Shore, alt in LA works fine though.

Same with me. A hair short of level 80 and I only play one character. It means I can’t play. Made a support ticket on their support site, so fingers crossed it will be fixed soon.

I just checked again and it worked for me. Maybe it’s fixed?

Same issue logged out in cursed shore , just outside Arah after clearing the gates yet again to try and get the arah karma vendor to spawn (which it did not btw) tried to log into character this morning and just get a load screen, followed about 5 minutes later by a error 7. I have 4 other characters that all log in fine, none of them in cursed shore.

Been locked out of my character with 90% world complete is very annoying

same issue, my main warrior lv80 stuck in cursed shore, my alt ranger lv13 stuck in queens room…

I have the same problem – Same server too.
Since it doesn’t seem to be an issue to the majority, I figure it may have something to do with the server.

Same. Ruins of Surmia as well. Very annoying. Thinking about changing server then changing back tomorrow if it continues.

Hope they’ll fix it soon… meanwhile gonna continue hitting my head against the wall.

I and someone else had this issue just now. We were trying to jump to Caer Shadowfain Waypoint from Lion’s Arch. After a really long wait time including relogin into same loading screen we both timed out with disconnect. The next login loaded us back to Lion’s Arch a message the waypoint had become contested and we had been redirected. (Although it doesn’t show as contested on map.)

So at least we’re unstuck, might not work for those trying to zone from nearby map or picking a different waypoint. =/

So is this issue affecting only us from Ruins of Surmia?
We’re already sucking in WvWvW, we didn’t need this too lol

lol. dunno if its just ruins server. have to see if anyone from a different server comments, but whatever server its occuring on, their in no rush to fix it.

I’m on Fort Aspenwood and I can get into Cursed Shore but the dungeon there is broken and keeps giving the ol’ firewall/router error.

Nope. Still bugged. Stuck at loading screen.
Killing the client and logging back in gives error 19:9:18:1614:101 after character selection.

Server: Underworld.

Uhm. Update to my last post: I tried starting Temple of the Forgotten God several times over the last 30 minutes. Constantly got stuck at loading screen, then error 19:… on character selection, and then back to Fort trinity after relogging again. I’m not sure, and it really does not matter, but I think it was my 6th or 7th attempt when the quest loaded and started up :S

Not Fixed. at least on ruins server. (thread linked) stuck on loading cursed shore.Still.

Indeed, still stuck on Ruins. Just tried again, it doesn’t even show the tasks at the bottom as it normally does, so you can tell from the very start that it won’t load.
