Since the new arena.net login form came online, I cannot login to the leaderboards. I use the leaderboards to check my guild’s member activity outside of the game (e.g. when the last achievement point was obtained). I’ve tried to log in with 2 different accounts and have the problem on both.

from what I read about the pvp experiment that is currently going on, I understood that you would still get rewarded for making it to the top 250 (I think?) of the leaderboard.
That would mean ranked games are still recorded and shown on the leaderboard. Yesterday I saw that I only had 2 wins and 0 losses on the leaderboard because the stats got reset. I decided to play a few more games and see how much longer I could keep the 100% winrate up. I played like 5 or 6 games and won them all. Naturally I was very excited and went to check the leaderboard. Sadly, none of my games were recorded there. Even though it already updated a few minutes earlier, I decided to wait a day. Today the games are still not showing on the leaderboard. If it’s supposed to be like that then this topic will be dealt with soon, but if it’s not then I hope this can still be fixed.

Edit: Also when you leave the pvp queue and for example enter a dungeon, the map select for pvp will still show up and you will enter in the pvp match.
This just happened to me as well. I won about 5 games in a row this afternoon but when I checked my score it only processed the one loss I had somewhere in the beginning. I find this odd because it did not process the win I had before my loss so both wins and losses should have had an upward arrow. Only my one loss and no wins were recorded after it should have updated them more than once. This feels so disappointing.
When I played PvP on my account, my statistics for my guardian have not been implemented. The leaderboards do not seem to update from the stats on my thief. To experiment, i played a game on my thief and still no update as well. The last update had happened in march.
For some reason, my stats haven’t updated on the leaderboard in a long time. My wins/losses haven’t changed and it still shows a character name of a character that I haven’t played ranked arena on in a long time.
I’m having the same issue. I’m just returning to Ranked (haven’t played since they combined Solo Q and Team Ranked), but none of my five games were recorded on the leaderboards.
I’ve certainly played more than 1 ranked PvP match this week.

Yet my record displays as 0-1
Is this a bug, or am I not understanding how the leaderboards work?
For 3 days now, the leaderboards for my name at least haven’t been updating at all. I’ve played in many ranked sPvP matches and still have the exact number of wins, losses, and points.
In game it shows the current number.
Wins, 2 – Losses, 1
I’ve played way more than 3 games in the past 3 days.
I’ve played a handful of Ranked matches in the past few weeks, but I actually don’t show up on the leaderboards at all, anywhere, even though I see a few friends/guildies are on there after 1 ranked match.
After not playing Ranked for a while (since they merged Solo Q and Team Ranked), I actually thought it was maybe a general “all leaderboards are broken” thing.
This is still an issue. I still show the same games played, same rank, same character from probably over a month ago, even though I’ve done plenty of ranked games since.
When I check my leaderboard scores for both Ranked Arena AND achievement points, my name does not show up on either. Really frustrating cause I feel like I’ve been dominating in ranked lately and all I want is to see my leaderboard scores! haha. Please fix this Anet!
Same problem here,it says it was updated today,yet my results are the same since beginning of may..and i played countless ranked matches ever single day.
Have your issues been already fixed? I’m experiencing the same issue with the leaderboard. My standings are currently from a month ago and I’ve been playing ranked frequently. I’m hoping for a fix soon
The PvP leaderboard has not been updating my stats. It still has the numbers from May 13, 2015. I’ve been playing PVP frequently and was wondering when this bug will be fixed. Will my stats be fixed after the bug is removed or will i have to redo all my games in order to get a ranking? Please help!!
That’s the one I’m talking about. There isn’t a PvP season running right now, so no-one can score points. That is showing the final scores from the season that ended 15th May.

Found this thread on PvP forums, which suggests we’re both right. The leaderboard is currently not updating (and is not supposed to be updating) because the season is over, but when the season was live, it was sometimes not updating when it should.
Its been a month or more since my position in leaderboards was updated.i play only ranked arena..it has to change..why anet doesnt care about this issue T.T
How does the pvp leader-board work? From what I have read you should be able to see yourself on it if you have played 10+ ranked games? I played at least 70 but still can not see my of standing (neither place or percent) I created a new account for HoT and tried there too played 20+ games but I do not show up at all, I can only see myself on the achievements leader-board not the pvp one.
Am I playing the wrong type of games? In heart of the mists I press the crossed swords icon at the top middle and select the ranked button.
i’m trying to log in the Achievement Leaderboard but i’m directed to my account management if you exit to go to the achievement Leaderboard page you have to log in again … going in circle over and over .. stuck in a loop
When I try to access the leaderboards to see my rank I get stuck in a silly loop that I cant seem to figure out.
The Process:
(not logged in)
Community -> Leaderboards -> Log-in
(takes me to the new log in page, enter information, click Submit)
Takes me to “My Account” page
Click top-left GUILDWARS2.COM (back to home page)
Community -> Leaderboards (but still not logged in)
Clicking “Log-in” take me directly back to My Account
