Guild Wars 2

When I talk to Cesseilia to hand in potion ingredients, my character is then unable to move. Waypoints, and some skills that move my character don’t even work.

EDIT: The event came up to defend from Risen, but my character still freezes when handing in a potion.

This heart is broken for me also, when NPC hands you ‘potion’, you become unable to move.

god this game is becoming more trouble than its worth…

To recap the steps:

Bloodtide Coast
Help Cesseilia

Collect three ingredients.
Walk over to Cesseilia and ask her to brew the potion.
She brews the potion and asks you to test it on the spiders.

As soon as you reach this stage, you can not move. It is only the movement keys that no longer respond. I can rotate the camera, press 1 to throw the potion, use any utility or weapon skill. But I can not move.

I tried waypointing but I still can’t move.

The only solution was to return to the character selection screen and reselect the character.

I saw several other players having the exact same problem.
