Getting close to 8 pages of complete and total ignorance from ArenaNet…

So who is willing to be against me? I’m betting…arena net will have no problem adding new items to the TP, but our problem will still be overlooked…

Specify a time for it, it would certainly look fabulous on reddit, assuming everyone is in 83% done Lumi armor.

It’s been “only” a month since it became completely, totally, entirely 100% etc broken.

So … no words at all about it?
A single red post saying “We are looking at it” would be enough.

Meet the asura challenge mote is the only thing blocking me from getting my bio luminescent set, I even did the invisible and aggressive infiltration.

confirmed for the world summit challenge mote as well…

have tried relogging, different characters, removing items, miniatures, etc., etc. and going in with different people, and it still doesn’t work!

bump. Got around to doing PvE just to find ‘Meeting the Asura’ is bugged, my ocd forever tingles now.

Having this same problem. My OCD is making me twitch. please, please fix this.

I wonder if there is an adverse affect to this situation…

What I mean is, after having waited so long for a fix I’m concerned that one day a friend will, for example, say “Have you met this Asura” talking about a friends character that was recently created, or perhaps “Lets ‘infiltrate’ enemy lines in WvW” when discussing what we should do in GW2 today.

I’m concerned that my initial reaction may be unnecessarily emotive and that I may reply with:

“WTF DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME!!!???”

I just checked it today on 2 different chars. Surprise surprise, the asura mote still remains to be seen.

Everytime I hear the words challenge or mote, I break down and cry.

buggy forums are buggy

Still no response from devs.

I bought all the living story season 2 stories required for luminescent armor and now the only achievement I need is the challenge mote for meeting the asura….

please fix anet

The challenge Mote is not appearing no what I try to do. Multiple people have reported the same problem. The other motes are working fine, but not this one. It’s been broken for at least a month. Still can’t complete my luminescent armor set or achievements. When will the challenge mote return from the war?

Gratz, i’ve been waiting the challenge mote for more than 2 weeks now and nothing. This is still bugged, atleast for most players.

if anyone is curious, mine reappeared once (and i unfortunately failed xD) but then wouldn’t show up when i tried to open it again.

however, it sometimes (?) seems to work if i abandon the story, start another story, log out completely, log back in, restart the story, and enter again!

hopefully this helps at least someone~

[edit] should clarify this is for the world summit challenge mote, as i haven’t tried any of the others.

The World Summit’s Challenge Mote isn’t there. I’ve tried restarting it a couple of times already. It just doesn’t show up.

By the looks of it it seems this bug has been around for a month on this post alone. . .
Still hoping for a fix. Spent hours thinking jumping in the instance enough would help…. but to no avail :<

Just tried it 10 times in a row, relogging, restarting, no minis, minis ..

They fixed some language bug…god forbit they actually fix something that matters…

Maybe once HOT is released, someone will look at our problem

Really? HOT is like 3 forevers away in gaming time. :P
If they don’t fix it until HoT, they won’t fix it after either, bug fixers will be kind of busy for a long time to come then.

Yeah i’d say its kinda hm…. pathetic, that they cant fix a problem which actually blocks progress for players- cant get luminescent set. In “Meeting the asura” Challenge mote has been gone for over 3 weeks now, during which they added some silly items to gem store……. Get this s**t done ANet…

Can confirm missing challenge mote in The World Summit mission. Have tried Tracking the Aspect Masters and challenge mote is working fine. Not sure what was happening but is annoying that it’s not fixed yet. Will be lodging bug reports each day

PS: Still bugged for me.

I am really disappointed we haven’t received a post/comment about this at all…..just shows a lack of respect they have for their player base (no matter how small the group of players are).

Can anyone that actually got it to work repeat the process? maybe you guys can help out the unfortunate “forgotten” of Anet world? would gladly tip a gold for this instance.
