Condition damage
uhhh, its kind of simple….
basically b4 the patch a skill with burning effect of 3.5s only did 3s burn and the .5 didnt count… now it does… since you didnt understand the post above i wont try to teach you how it works now… just know the .5 of the 3.5 is actually useful now…
Its actualy not a buff and damage “IN THE LONG RUN” remains the same. Condies tick every full second – starting from the time of first applied condi.
Meaning on a lets say 3.35s burn:
-Before u always got 3x ticks and had a 35% chance to get 4th tick
-Now u will always get 3.35x worth of damage
It is completely equal, just making it consistent. A nice change.

Actually, it’s a buff for Guardian’s Virtue of Justice’s passive. It will almost always proc with it’s fraction duration missing. Now it’ll hit with what ever fraction damage modifier you have
