Yes, its likely the 5th time this is happening. We reported in-game a lot of times already.

Today, I’ve also not earned the reward. (I’m referring about the golden wurm chest).

Yes, I’ve did the whole fight, since escort until decapitate and kill decapitaded head.

This has been happening to me since the latest patch, and I’ve already reported this using the in-game bug report system. Was actually confused when it happened at first and assumed it was a stealth nerf to the loot like what they did to Karka Queen. It was only after other players mentioned this happening to them did I realize this was another bug.

I just reported the issue using the in game support, but I would like to write here as well. I have completed the triple trouble event 5 times already getting gold medal. All 5 times I got just 1 box (at the wp) with crappy loot, similar to Behemoth but without any side box (standard box you get at the right side of your screen and the gives you a rare or an exotic).

Some ppl are talking about an achievement box, I saw friends or videos online that ppl dropping many adventurer bags from the big box and 2 boxes on the side. I am only getting 1 big box at the end with green loot and maybe a rare.

Almost a year after, this “bug” is still happening.

What’s worse it’s its the 4th time this has happened for me on this week alone. Last week, I did not get the golden mini chest 2 times out of all the runs I did (as part of TTS). I’ve been reporting this through the in-game bug reporting tool, but there has been no progress at this AT ALL.

Can we have an official word on this from the developers? This is really upsetting and disheartening. I’m really not keen on continuing on going after this boss if we’re not even getting the proper rewards. And as you can see in the screenshot’s chat, I’m not alone in this.

I got this as well some while back and submitted a request for clarifications and my missing chest. Their response for the issue was something along the lines of “we are looking into it”, but when it came to getting me my missing chest, the response was a hard “no”. Apparently it can’t be generated by them or something. Fine, I can deal with that, even though I’m not quite sure I believe them. What about some compensation, then? I did just spend 90 minutes of my life and received only half (-ish) of the reward because of their faulty product. Guess what the answer was again? ANet support is “awesome”…
