You fixed this a while ago and allowed players to take control of their camera angle.
With the new patch, this change was undone.

This change wasn’t documented in the patch notes, so I guess that means that it broke rather than it being a deliberate change. I guess the person who implemented the 5 minute timer was using outdated code.

Yeah…this is pretty annoying… >.>

I noticed this as well while trying to watch the group I was running with. The camera spin kept moving them out of view, so I’d have to re-position the camera to continue watching them.

Mine somehow bugged inside the wall in TA and it was just annoying as hell, specially when the NPC where at me causing mobs to splash all kinds of attacks over there

I noticed this after getting mutilated by the Skritt Queen in Dry Top. It was annoying because I was trying to angle my camera to see if any other players nearby might come to revive me so I didn’t have to use a waypoint.
