Dual Wield/Combo Critical Chance only 3%
I don’t think the tooltip will show the increased critical chance because the only skills the trait affects are #3 dual wield skills. The rest won’t get increased crit chance.
Why does it change by 3% depending on what weapon I have then? Could be a bug with my skin. The sword is zerker, but has a different skin.
I noticed the stats bonuses from off-hand weapon were missing on your first picture. It’s because you have no off-hand with your sword but the game is using another set(P/D)‘s as substitute. The 3rd picture with the same combi of weaps is different because you’re wielding the P/D set.
I don’t know which one is supposed to be the bug, the game using another set’s off-hand or the missing stats. But I’m just gonna guess it’s the latter.
This should be address to the Anet team rather than the trait because we wouldn’t know if the trait is working correctly or not as I stated in the previous post, the increased crit chance wouldn’t show and RNG is influencing too much to reliably test it.
I changed the trait to something else and the numbers are the same, so it’s not a trait issue. The issue is this:
Wielding a sword (in any combination) generates 2%-3% less crit chance (depending on what level you are) than any other combo – a SD or SP combo ends up with less crit chance than bow, DD, DP, PD, or PP, even though the precision is the same.
are they all the same stats tho? I mean are they all beserkers for instance. Do you have any crit chance sigils on one but not the other. The photo does not show the stats of the weapons you are swapping around.
Did you try putting your off-hand weapon in the same set as your sword? Because from your picture, you’re just letting the game bring the dagger from your P/D set as substitute.
