Hello,
The Dungeoneer collection awards one unique exotic weapon (namely, one from the champion boxes exclusive weapons). However, a little while ago a guildie finished this collection but this weapon was awarded to him randomly, he did not get to choose which weapon he was getting from the list (he got the silly Twin Talons, unfortunately).
This seems a bug to me, since this collection takes so long to complete and the other collection which awards you such a weapon lets you choose which one you get.
Is this a bug, or is this working as intended?
Has there ever been an official response to this? I know wiki says that you don’t get to choose, but the wiki is not exactly official. I looked a bit in the bugs forum but could not find another thread about this.
I am close to finishing it myself and I want to know before I finish my final dungeon collection if this is how it’s supposed to work or it’s a bug, and if there is a fix incoming (though I bet a lot of people who already finished this would be annoyed by it, and rightly so, if there is no subsequent compensation).
The reward is little as it is, I wouldn’t want to finish what is possibly the lengthiest collection in the game until I am sure it is not bugged…
