Engineer [Static discharge] broken?
That’s a persistant bug not tied to Big Ol’ Bomb, but affecting all non-targeted toolbelt skills.
Targeted skills work fine firing the discharge at your target, but every skill without a target isn’t aimed at the nearest opponent or the one you have selected, but based on your camera-positioning (in the same way most skills fire in the direction you look when you have no target selected).
It has been this way since the pre-hot rework for traits at least and was never really fixed.
After all it’s nothing important but just another engineer issue^^
30 min later and static discharge is activating on all again. That’s some quick service!

Had also tested by targeting and firing at an enemy b4 trying to proc
