Guild Wars 2

This has happened several times to me during big events. Like Jormag, Clockwork and other very large events. Basically my computer completely freezes right at the end of the event right before chest is dropped. 4 times that I can count. which means you miss out on the chest, not to mention having to reboot your computer. I cannot believe it is my computer or my internetor anything else. I can play other very high graphic games and the same time and never had this problem. Anyone else having this issue?

PS: of course Anet never responds, imagine that

Check your windows system-log if you maybe see some errors there related to your hardrive. I had problems like that last week and in the end it was just my IATA-cable.

You should probably post this in the Tech Support forum instead of Bugs forum.

Try doing a repair of your GW2 install. See the “-repair” command line option:
