Hey,

As of the April 15th update, many things aren’t great. Lots of people are angry, but besides all of that which I personally don’t mind, there’s the fact that the Gem Store seems to be broken.

It’s a problem encountered by myself and numerous other people, so it must have grounds SOMEWHERE outside of issues on my end. When we try to click the “Buy Gems” button, nothing happens.

It’s almost like you don’t want our money.

I want to change server, as does a friend, now that we’re getting back into the game and we can’t.

Same issue here on Europe servers (don’t know if that makes a difference).

Reedeming a code doesn’t work as well. Please fix this soon I can’t wait : )

I tried sticking mine in the disk drive and tapping in my PIN code.

It didn’t like that.

I cannot access anything when I press “O”, Gem store included.

Seriously, do you think they’re actually working on it? It’s been broken for nearly two days.

Ye i have the same problem, bought gem prepaid and i can’t redeem it, cuz after clicking the button nothing happens

I havent seen any response from Anet about this problem, more people seem to have aswell.
In the Black lion trading market, i press the “buy Gems” button and nothing happens, aswell with the redeem code one
Just want to know if you are aware, already on it ?

I bought some gems (gem card) to buy the character slot expansion. But the redeem button in does not work.
Can you fix this? I hope you can, the sale last only 20 hours.

This is STILL BROKEN for me.

I cleared cache, downloaded the .dat again, rebooted, and relogged into the game client.

What is the magic sauce Anet?

I´ve always had problems with the BLTC as long as i´ve played on Mac. Sometimes the trading post (or gem store) is the only tab that works. Or none of them works at all.
Another time it can work perfectly without any problems. When the problem occurs the golden circel are loading infinite.
I can play for many hours and need the BLTC for some reason. Maybe while crafting. In middle of the game session the trading post works, and a minute later it wont work at all. It´s quite annoying.

When I have problems with the BLTC i try to relog, or restart the game. But it doesen´t seem to work. I also though the BLTC could be slow while being in overflow.
I´ve talked to my guildmates and friends while playing Gw2, and they don´t have the same problem as me. It seems to be a problem for Mac-users.

BLTC was working okay (from time to time) before the 15. april patch. I tried to claim the transmution charges by entering the gem store (yesterday and today) but it wont work. Loading screen in every tab going infinite.

It makes me a little bit mad, when it´s free content, and we´re not able to get it because of the bugs related to BLTC. If Arena Net could do something with this problem, the gameplay would be more enjoyable.
The problem with BLTC makes it unfair for Mac-users, or users with BLTC problems.

This is still an issue for me.
