None of those are loading for me , i tried reopening the game.. swaping characters but i cant get to fix it yet , is anyone else having this problem?

I tried restarting my PC.. reseting my modem… using another gw2 account.. but so far my gemstore and exchange window wont load at all

I’ve had this problem which seems to be linked to how often you log in to the GW2 launch application. So for example if I log in one day and leave the game sitting at the character selection screen overnight, the BLTP won’t load unless I close the application completely and restart it.

From your troubleshooting steps it sounds like this shouldn’t be the problem, but I wanted to mention it for others who are reading this thread with similar issues.
