Guild Hall - Treasury
I tried with two different accounts. It seems to have occured after today’s release.
also having this problem
Me too, i have posted a ticket.
Which guild hall do you have? I have the Gided Hallow
I have the same issues with all crafting-type screen and I cannot que the supply line, as well.
Same issue, would really appreciate fast fix.
I had this issue, but found out if I waited long enough, the screen would load. It really needs one of those swirling circles….
For me it doesn’t load even after waiting over half an hour.
After the patch yesterday I have been unable to deposit or even have the guild hall treasury window come up.
The window comes up but it’s just the blank background with the title at the top, nothing else, it’s as if it doesnt want to load.
I’ve tried a repair and nothing, anybody else with this problem? Kinda awkward for a guild leader to not be able to deposit into their own guild.
I also have this problem
I can open the treasury but I don’t see the colored “fill bars” in any items in the last visible row or two right-most columns of the visible area. If I scroll the window contents, it’s still only the bottom visible row (and two right-most columns) that has the issue. It seems that the fill bars are only being displayed in a particular region of the treasury contents window.

I’ve been having this issue for several days now (while my husband and co-leader has no issue) and have submitted a bug report for it. That’s about as far as it’s gone.
Hey guys!
I just wanted to let you know that we are receiving your reports and are investigating this issue!
thanks, i have posted a support issue. I am working with the GM to fix this issue
I’m having a similar issue as well with this. In all the guilds I am currently in, I am unable to even see the details of the treasury or upgrades. I do have permissions. This is both the Precipice and the Gilded Hollow, All I see is the underlying graphic, and nothing more. All of my other UI windows work.
I am currently using an Nvidia gtx 770 and an i7-3770k Intel core, using the 32 bit version of gw2. (Just preferred)
I also crashed once tying to open the treasury from the main norn guy
Last hotfix messed it up for me again ;<
I have tried un-installed the game & re-installing the game, but still having the same issue.
Thanks for the reports, guys! If you could let us know which guild you’re repping when you see this happen (or if it happens for all of your guilds), that would be helpful.
For the 3 guilds I represent, I have this issue in all 3 guilds.
I’m representing Celtic Wild Hunt [Celt] and Avenging Angels Of Eternal Hate [NOT], the issue being present on both guilds for me.
I believe I may have found a fix:
I logged into my account and went into my first listed guildhall.. I talked to the Treasury NPC at the zone-in and got the same blank screen I’ve been receiving. I then went into my options and set Guild Wars 2 to Window Mode. I tried to talk to the Treasury a second time and still received the blank screen,
I fully exited Guild Wars 2 and clicked on the Guild Wars 2 icon (launcher/patcher) to log into the game (hoping this would resolve the issue). Upon logging in, I clicked Guildhall in the Guildhall menu to enter the guildhall. I talked the the Treasury NPC again and still no change. With the Treasury screen still up, I went into options and put my setting back to the original full screen setting … And the Treasury screen loaded (slightly slowly but no more than 5-10 seconds).
Since I performed that action, I had no more issues with the Treasury NPC and I can que crafting decorations as if the issue had never happened.
- Swindle Rogue -
Edit: I must remain in Window Fullscreen for my menu to work (just found this out a few minutes ago). Upon going to my normal settings, the screen would not load.

I’m repping [JUGs], running 64-bit client (did a client repair, as well), all updates to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. 2x GTX980ti in SLI, windowed mode (almost using whole screen at 3840×2160 resolution).
Problem began middle of this past week. Some members of my guild do not see this problem.

Yeah, some guildies do not have this issue and some did … I was in the some did category.
I’m having same problem (Edit: but with ALL guild NPCs, not just treasury). It is with all of my guilds (when I’m rep’ing them IN their respective guild halls. If I’m not rep’ing, the NPC tells me I don’t have permission to open the interface, so that point is mute).
Running 64-client, Windows 7, all updates/drivers, etc. Problem just showed up recently in the past few days sometime (possibly with patch).

I’m having the same issue as well and it’s happening with all the guilds that I am in. I filed a bug report in game with screenshots.
It’s embarrassing since I’m the guild leader of one of these guilds and I can’t deposit anything or see what we have. I’ve tried the fix above that someone suggested with no luck.
I have a second account and the same issue is happening with that account as well.
I have tried a few steps given me by anet and it hasnt fixed the issue. I have even re-installed the game, but the same issue is hapening with both my guild.
House of starkk [Dire] & Tactical fury [TF]
I also have this issue but only on my secondary PC, my main PC properly displays the panel. My guild is The Sons of Tzu [WAR] on HoD. amy secondary PC runs a GS8400 while my main uses a GT610. To me it seems that each patch sucks more GPU power and I am afraid that soon unless you are running a multi-hundred dollar graphics card this game will be unplayable. My GT610 worked really well on best appearance setting at highest resolution averaging 42fps till the quarterly patch, now I run it windowed on best performance averaging 23 fps(often times in low teens).
My laptop is using the NVIDIA Ge Force GT 740M, currently upgrading the driver to see if thats has an improvement.
Also sometimes when I open the guild treasury, the game picks up one item where my mouse it but thats it and i cant see it or anything else.
This is happening to me with all guilds.
To answer the question above, It is when I rep, and it happens in all three guilds I am in. I have tried restarting the game, changing characters, tried way pointing to the halls without opening the guild tab- Nothing worked. My tab looks like OP’s. I have tried switching rep in the halls and back, I have tried it out of the halls.
I am a member in one guild, a officer in another and a leader in the third.
My members in the guild I lead have access to it, and can see it just fine. My vice is having issues as well though.
I do have sweetFX, however, so does the member who is able to use it.

I have finally got the guild treasury to show now. I had to update my graphics drivers.
That will be my first step for people having that same issue.
I have tried all of the fixes both Anet’s and the ones users posted here and unfortunately none of them have worked yet.
I can’t see Treasury nor Upgrades in my Guild Hall. A window appears when I talk to the Esa the Frugal, but it’s completely empty and doesn’t seem to load. It’s been happening since the last (fairly big) update.

Good luck.
Update:
I have tried installed the latest drivers for my GPU (3/8/16), and I am still unable to see my treasury/upgrades in any of my guilds, for the record/bug report
Edit: I normally play on windowed full screen since I have two screens.

Unless I’m in Window FullScreen mode, I cannot access the Treasury in all three guild I am a member of.

I have tried all fixes listed so far, including Window Fullscreen, and nothing allows me to see any of the Guild Interface Popups. (This includes not only in the Guild Hall, but in the Guild Initiative Office in LA as well).

Good luck.
Thank you
I have the same issue. I tried some suggestions from this thread. It’s been happening since the latest big update. It only seems to affect upgrades/treasury for me.
I use the Mac client. The treasury has always taken a long time for me to load; but, it never fails to load. The time varies. It’s never as immediate as the window brought up for merchants. I’d guess the sorting of the items is not optimized and takes longer to access than the unchanging text data of the merchant.
[edit] I did have an odd experience once, reported via /bug, in which I managed to scroll the contents of the treasury window partially out of view, diagonally. I could not scroll them back. It appeared to be something about how I was moving the mouse as the window was loading. I’ve never been able to repeat this occurrence.

Any update on this? It feels incredibly game breaking. Not sure what to do now as the leader of the guild, everyone is asking what we’re investing towards and building and I can’t even say or see anything.
Hey guys,
We have the issue in our system and the team is still looking to identify a fix.
An additional question for you all:
- If you have the ability to check this at a different location, does this issue happen (ie: if you have the issue at home, but then don’t at a friend’s home, or school)?
- If it worked in a new location, were you using the same machine or a different machine?
Also, since I’ve not seen any of you mention trying a few troubleshooting things that come to mind, could you guys give the two things below a try? The guild halls use the same UI tech as the Gemstore and Trading Post. And what may potentially help is to run the game as administrator or to clear the cache for the game (in case something weird has happened to your caches).
Run as administrator:____________________________
To run Gw2 as administrator right click on the game and select “Run as administrator” from the drop down. This will open the game in administrator.
Clearing the Cache:____________________________
- Close the game client
- Open explorer and go to your c drive.
- In “search local disk” search for “gw2cache”
- When the search completes, a folder with a name like: [gw2cache-{B3601E0B-C97D-1C9C-081E-60B37DC99C1C}] should be shown (with an address similar to “C:\Users\YourComputerUserName\AppData\Local\Temp”)
- Delete that folder in your results.
- Start up the game and return to your guild hall to access the UI.
I’ve tossed in a screenshot of the search part in case folks want to see the file, etc.
Thank you all for your patience while we try to hunt the cause of this issue down!
I don’t have the ability to check this from a different location/machine right now.
I did try running as administrator and clearing cache. Same thing continues to happen.
Same problem…also cleared cache and ran as admin and made no difference
My Troubleshooting Update:
Logging in with a different account but on the same computer ALSO yields the same error – no Guild NPC UI displaying.
Logging in on the same account but on a different computer actually fixes the problem and I was able to bring up the entire Guild NPC UI like normal.
This was all tested at the same location (i.e. same Wi-Fi router and IP address).
On the problem computer, I tried clearing cache AND running as administrator (both before and after cache clear), and this did not resolve anything. Same problem remains.
Drat on the admin and cache clear not solving it, but it is valuable information to know the accounts may not be the issue. We’re continuing to investigate and thank you again from us to you all for your ongoing patience!
I have also been experiencing this issue, and sent an in-game bug report with screenshot. I am glad to see that the issues is being worked on, and also that I am not the only one this is happening to! I hope the issue can be resolved, because this really impedes progress in the game for my guild and I. Thank you ArenaNet.
Update: Now when I try to talk to the guild treasurer, my game crashes.
