Guild Wars 2

I am part of 5 guilds, two of which are Gilded Hollow and 3 of which are Lost Precipice.
My guild has had Gilded Hollow for more than a year and is (was?) Max levelled.

Logging in today, I have a bizarre message on my guild panel— “A new build is available. Guild functionality has been disabled.”

The other Gilded Hollow guild is accessible, as are all the Lost Precipice ones. Only OUR guild seems to have been effected.
My launcher does not patch anything, and the rest of my guild mates are having the exact same problem.
We cannot enter from Tarir through the portal, it automatically directs us to any other guild we are part of that has Gilded Hollow.
All our Guild EXP is still there, but all the icons beside the MoTD are gone except for the basic ‘You claimed this!’ icon. All our consumables and decorations appear to still be in the inventories…

We just can’t get in.

Anyone else having this issue / locked out?

Yeah, our guild got the same thing about an hour to an hour and a half ago. We can’t enter the guild hall, the initiative office, access our guild bank or change our message of the day. From all the guilds that we have access to it appears to be very specific ones that will not let people into the guild hall.

It might have something to do with tomorrow’s patch. I am guessing that you have a specific decoration that is getting changed and it’s causing some sort of conflict.

Ideally, also use the in-game /bug reporting tool, which gives the QA team additional troubleshooting details. This shouldn’t happen at all and I’m hoping your reports will help them prevent it in the future.

Regardless of the cause of it, it was really unnerving to see! I didn’t realize how often I go to the GH til I couldn’t anymore!
I’ve sent in a report — but if it’s likely to be fixed with tomorrow’s patch, which, I am reasonably optomistic it WILL be, that will probably be moot. Here’s hoping!
