I cant see my char’s feet when I have the Hero panel open. I’d be nice to see our char’s feet when checking out footwear and dye colors.

I only have this problem with my Human Warrior and Human Ranger. My Human Elementalist, Norn Guardian, And Norn Engineer are just fine.

I have the same issue with my human characters. This must be a bug and not intended. I’d like to be able to see my feet when previewing like everyone else!

Just checked my Norn’s and they too have the same issue.

Can’t see my human’s feet either…weird.

Same with Sylvari. No feet.

Likewise with my Asura. Glad I figured out which boots had toes before this.

I think that the issue is related to the chosen height of a character and not to the race itself. I have chosen maximum height for all of my characters except one human and except on the ‘shorter’ human, I miss seeing all their feet, even on the tiny azura person. I do hope that they will soon sort it out, it’s very annoying to say the least.

the preview window is ok and like before .. but hero panel : no feet on all of my 10 toons.

Are we supposed to see our feet on character selection screen ? .. same here no feet.

Feet were obviously too confusing for new players to deal with.

I have the same problem. It wouldn’t be a big deal except for the fact that it makes dying your footwear a bit problematic..lol

Same with a charr

all my chars are max high … so i have the same problem …
no feet at hero panel, at equip preview and at mini preview …
affects all 5 races, even asura

My toon is displayed far too large in the Hero Panel. The boots are not visible in either the Equipment, Wardrobe and Preview windows.

No fix for this issue in the latest hotfix update…any words dev’s on when this will be resolved?

I have this issue as well, started a thread , then found this one. It does indeed appear to be an issue with the camera zoom in those panel relative to your chosen Height for your race.

My small as can be charr shows up kinda small but fully in the pane. My tall as can be other races all have their shins cut off.
