Into The Labyrinth Bug
Sorry Kervs, join the crowd. This has been going on a couple, three months now with zero response from AN.
I’m going to bump this pointing out that I’m having this tonight, and it’s causing stoppage of my story on my new character, so not so thrilled. This is happening every single time. They’ll help rez (but not fight at all) before the boss fight, but once the boss fight starts, they don’t do anything, and one character is not enough to take this guy down before getting offed without a lot of skill and/or gear, I know my new char I’m running it on sure can’t do it for me this is blocking content.
To all on this post, I am having the same problem. I see videos of players who do have the NPCs (at least Braham, Rox, Maj and Kas) fight, but I cannot seem to get them started here. I even got as far as having the Mordrem boss down to one health unit, then died…restarted from check point, and then had to start the fight all over again. I have since restarted the instances twice, and still cannot get them to start fighting. I wonder if it is due to character select order (there is an achievement for the order by which you meet your companions…Marjory is the first that I got, but maybe it is supposed to be Rox first). I will give it a try later. By the way, I am on the Darkhaven server. This issue took place around 11 pm EST last night, Jan 1 2017, and this morning, Jan 2, 2017 at 8:30 am EST. Same case as Artair points out, Caithe (only Caithe) will rez, but will not fight.
Okay, I just tried an instance again with the Rox as my first contact, and no change. Not sure if anyone has tried a ranger (that is what I am playing here), but I noticed that my pet will not attack until I tell him/her to “attack my target”. I think this may have to do with auto-targetting, and all enemies appear at “optional” enemies (perhaps?). The good news is that Caithe will rez you even if you are completely down, so it is a very slow (and unenjoyable) adventure through this maze. Thanks.

They even included a video on how to do it. I think I will give it a try tonight. This still is a bug, but there is a way to work with it (mainly lining up the NPCs as a shield).
