Our guild OAT has the same problem as well, I’m the only member showing all our upgrades and influence has disappeared and our Guild Symbol is all messed up.

Looks like they fixed it somehow, all seems OK, except no influence was gained during this time, but I can live with that. Thank You ArenaNet!

Edit: I created a support ticket, #130430-000788, and now I can’t log in to mark it as solved because the page says “The password you entered exceeds the maximum number of characters (20)”… well, that’s my password, I used that to create the support ticket and so on. Very strange. Please mark my ticket as solved/closed for now, hopefully will stay solved

I seem to be having problem with my guilds at the moment, I am currently representing a guild that has a guild bank but when i actually try to use the guild bank npc in LA, it tells me what I am not in a guild at the moment even though I am. I also am having trouble representing other guilds or when I stand down in a guild i can’t represent it again.
I’ve tried restarting the client and everything but this seems to still be a problem

Edit: well no clue what happened, but that mini update seems to have fixed it

(I wanted to put Houston in place of your name) My guild, Melandrus Only Hope [Hope] glitched the other day, and it basically looks like all of us were disbanded from the guild, except for two of my officers, who were left in the shell of the guild, with the name, default emblem, no tag, and no upgrades. Now, they can’t do anything with the guild, and it reminds me of the couple days when parties were glitching like tons and our guild did the same thing then.

We need help! We had quite a few collectors editions and time built into the guild, and starting from scratch isn’t really feasible.

a new problem : represent button doesn’t work for one of my avies, and my others (who represent our guild) aren’t recognise by the Guild NPC’s (“you’re not currently representing any guild”)

Guild Panel doesn’t work again – all this started 9 days ago, with the latest “Molten Facility” dungeon patch. Never before I had to wait with a non-functional Guild Panel.
I can’t join any guild, as the “Represent” button doesn’t work. And if later during the day or night starts working again, then there are other problems like not receiving any activated Guild bonuses or the Guild bank NPC (including the one in Divinity’s Reach) says that you are not in a Guild, and doesn’t allow to access items in Guild Bank.
I really start to hate all that “Living Story” content now.
Sad days in GW2…

+ Update after about a month: This problems was solved in less than a week, everything seems to work since then, so kudos to Anet!

For Some Reason me and My guild mates cant Access the Guild bank , The banker say we didnt build one but we had it for long time .. iam the guild leader so it is not Premision problem .

Guild missions bugged.

tried first a guild bounty and failed. tried a second bounty, but were unable to start the fight with the npc’s. even when other guilds started the fight with the npc and we hit it, we didnt get it complete.

then tried guild trek. many of the gold circles on the locations dont show up to any of us – thus unable to complete.
please fix asap. we need merits.

Guild bank not accessible from WvW, says I do not either have permission from guild, or we do not have the bank, also current going on upgrades is not shown in WvW, but in PvE environment it is, not checked in PvP. Also I am one of the leaders in the guild.

All info about the guild is in the following screens, but for ease:

issue is really frustrating, I really hope you find one fix for this.

Ramdom guild glitches, differ for different members, from no acces to guild bank for some, no acces to guild armorer/weapon guy, delay in guild chat, no access to the build que from some characters sometimes.

BUT most annoying of all (and reason for posting here now) No one able to start the guild rush at the tile in the world. Resulting in a non started rush. (we did not even go on to try the challenge after this)

Sometimes we also have that it seems no one is in the guild at all but this usually restores in a day or so.

Every single time we try guild missions we have some issue that prevent us from completing them. Trek locations being non-existent, unable to activate the bounty targets, killing the target and it not counting, people unable to loot chest at the end of rush. When we activate a mission the guild window goes nuts, all upgrades disappear and we can not list more as well being unable to activate further upgrades that have been built. I am afraid I don’t have any screenshots to show this, however i will start recording all mission to show just how bad they are, this needs fixing ASAP…

Same issues here today. I’m going to devote a new topic about these issues and suggestions.

I’m not seeing guild influence/merits/upgrades values properly and the missions active tab stays blank when they are active.

Problem: It tells me I’m not in a guild when clearly I am. I can’t post or see guild chat. I’ve tried standing down and representing again. Nothing works.

Additional Information: I was not guesting. I was on my home server.

Fixed: I had to leave the guild and be re-invited to fix this.

Same here, stood down and could not represent again.

Returning to my home world then allowed me to represent and I can now access guild bank.

^ you don’t have 6000 achievmentpoints so you won’t get 6000 point chest untill u get the points by playing the game.

why it keep saying “you’re not currently representing any guild” while I am in one already

Problem: Ever since I used the Evon Gnashblade representation button, I’m unable to represent a guild other than one (Guild Commendations [GC]) of the four I’ve joined on that one character. Other characters are unaffected at this moment.
I can stand down, but when I click the represent button, nothing happens, except for when I try that one guild it works with anyway (90% of the guild wasn’t representing at the time I tried).
It has been like this ever since the several updates that implemented it on 26th. At this moment the button buff has expired, but nothing has changed.
Leaving the guild and getting reinvited doesn’t help.

Additional Info:
I play from Europe and joined friends who play on this NA server. I was not guesting anytime around or ever since.

Update: Either it got fixed or I can Represent normally within dungeons…

I was standing in LA and talking on guild chat and all of a sudden told me I wasn’t in a guild. So I pulled up the screen for guilds and I had none listed weirdest thing. So I switch toon’s and I looked at screen again said i was in one guild but when I went to chat box said I wasn’t in a guild.

Also getting the ‘you are not in a guild’ message, being forcibly shown as offline (which means I can’t receive whispers), and hearing from other guild mates that the same is happening to them.

Getting this bug as of today.. absolute shambles!!!

No access to guild bank, cant see guild chats and cant provide guild influence.. As I am the guild leader it would be nice to actually be able to use the tools provided instead we are getting this rubbish.

FIX or be done with the game!

Edit – The bug is occurring with the Lions Arch Guild merchants/ NPC’s it seems, as flipping to other maps with Guild Bank services appears to rectify the issue.. but as soon as I head back to LA I become a non representing player in the guild and have no access to any guild services, chat etc.
So if its not too much trouble ANET maybe your people can figure out the rest and also maybe fix the horrendous guild bank lag noticeable when moving things in and out of guild bank

My guild is also having trouble with influence. I’ve submitted a bug report as well, but after logging in this afternoon and seeing that the guild history shows us getting credit for only one person logging in yesterday, I had to come here and check if this is a known issue. We had four of us log in (and yes, we had some problems with the connectivity issue due to maintenance) on Ehmry Bay for several hours, doing many events together. We are a small guild with some avid players who’ve been together since Prophecies in GW1 (almost 8 years!), and we need our influence!

before patch, we had Art of War level 5 guild upgrade 12 hours remaining, now after patch with the 1st on queue finishing, Art of War restarted, thus wasting the gold we used to speed it up with influence

No, they didn’t resurrect an old post. A moderator mistakenly merged new guild issues into this post. It’s entirely possible that the root causes are related, but the threads should not have been merged. The recent posts are about issues with the 16 March patch, not with any patches from 2012-2014.
