When Mantra of Resolve goes on Cooldown to reset it, if you use the Mantra Of Recovery while it’s resetting it will reset the cool down again for mantra of resolve which makes it take twice as long so long as you don’t need to re-heal again.

Don’t know if that’s intentional or a bug, I hope it’s a bug because it’s quite annoying in pve to have to wait for my resolve to come off cd to reactivate it.

It’s a bug and has been reported before. No ETA on the resolution, unfortunately.
