well before the update it was fine but after update it just vanished
Well, that’s because the update was the Feature Patch which introduced the NPE.
Where can i find this update i wanna check and see before i reinstall
Anyone can confirm i need to be a certain level to see this?
I think it unlocks at level 15.
There’s a patch incoming that might or might not change some of this; check back “early next week” to see.

Mine is also vanished.

Mine was also missing. It wasn’t until I logged in to one of my 80’s that it appeared.
