Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone,
I did a raid in September 8, in the Stronghold of the Faithful, and I finally succeeded the event and killed Mc Leod. I got the achievements and mastery points. I took the chest (look screenshot, I got some Turret Fragments [&AgEZNAEA]), but I didn’t unlock the Forsaken Thicket mastery track. I’ve been told that, before, kill Mc Leod didn’t unlock the track, but it was modified in the July 26 update :

Guys of my raid told me it is not normal and to send a ticket to Anet support, but I didn’t get an answer…

Does this often happend ?
Do you guys know how long is it to get an answer from the support ?

I was told it’s a consumable which unlock the track, is it true ?
If yes, does someone can link it to me ?
