Still missing as of 11/18/2012 on Crystal Desert. Recent patches still haven’t addressed this issue…

Still missing on Crystal Desert, as well.

Stormbluff – Still not there…. I’m beginning to think they moved it or something lol this seems like a simply fix to be down this long.

Still missing on Tarnished Coast as well. Must say, with all these new bugs like the one in Arah, I’m starting to wonder if anyone is listening or working to fix them.

In the meantime, I’m starting to think it may be best to just play something else . . . especially after the Lost Shore fiasco.

Ah well.

This has been missing on Northern Shiverpeaks aswell since the 01/11 patch, c’mon anet it really cant be that hard to put them back into the game.

The one near the Koofooloo point of interest in Harathi Hinterlands, I was not able to see the goggles when on the platform but I did get the cue to put them on and was able to and complete the dive. I try to hit the 1 or 2 going when going down and so far every jump I have done seems to have registered.

Also unable to get the Metrica Loch Jezt one so will wait for that to be fixed….

This is a fun achievement!

Cmon it’s been almost a month now and the goggle is still missing. how hard is it for dev to replace the missing goggle.

been missing on Dragonbrand for a while now.. I’ve noticed a high number of thieves in the game, and these missing goggles.. coincidence?

Yes, after this newest patch (3 Dec 12), the diving goggles from this area are still missing.

I know it’s not a priority but I find it amusing that something I thought was pretty simple to fix isn’t being touched. Maybe I’m wrong… maybe if they put these goggles back Zhaitan will spawn in Lion’s Arch and kill everyone. ;p

as the title suggests, these are still not back in the game, thought the patch last night would’ve re-added them but no, they still missing, c’mon ANET surely it isn’t that hard to put them back.

It is hard work to put them back…

I think the devs may be a bit pre-occupied with broken professions/traits/skills/bugged dungeons etc.

It does get a little ridiculous when you go to the location, paying to get there only to find there are no goggles, and then paying to leave. Three trips now and nothing. How about fixing this little bug. Thanks!!!!

Metrica Loch Jezt diving point really needs to be fixed. It has been over a month since the known issue with it was reported. Seriously, there are many of us where this is the last diving point and because the goggles don’t spawn, ever, non of us can finish this achievement.

Fix this please, and quickly.

This should be fixed in the next big content update. There was an issue with the goggles not spawning on the floating islands because it saw them as “bad terrain” but I bugged a map artist to fix it.

Then who is going to fix the artist? :P

Those are some seriously picky goggles.

I don’t know if this topic allready excist or not and if its true that this bug has never beeing fixed or not but one of the diving googles in Metrica Province, Loch Waypoint near SW portion of the map won’t show up on the Far Shiver Peak Server (Europe) anyway, if possible can you fix it please? got 36/37 diving locations and just don’t know for 100% if thats the location iam missing and many ppl clame its broken after the Nov.1st patch.

I used to find diving goggles all over the place, now they are conspicuously missing from many places that just cry out for goggles. I can jump but no goggles available.

That has been broken long before Nov. 1st but it’s also been fixed for the Dec 14 patch.

Thank you Jeffrey, this puts my mind at ease. I’m glad this is being addressed and also thankful for finally getting some feedback about the bug.

Viewed as bad terrain, ouch, no wonder it was difficult to pinpoint. Well done though, I just hope you don’t have to bug every employee to start fixing other broken things

Yaaaaayyyy!!! thank you Anet for fixing this. I checked daily if the goggles where there without success and after the last update they where there.

Confirm fixed on Desolation server.
