I bought heart of thorns early and got all the stuff with it mailed to my character but now I don’t see the extra character slot or my beta access. WHen I log onto my gw2 acct on the gw2 website I don’t see that I bought it but I did… what happened???? It used to be on my account but the last patch made it disappear and the serial code isn’t working, I bought it in July

You’d have to contact support directly.

So, you have submitted a support ticket? What exactly did they say? Keep in mind that a bug report isn’t a support ticket; you have to do support tickets outside of the game.

Ok, if you’ve done multiple support tickets, you should close them. Just stick to the one that they’ve replied to. On the ticket they’ve replied to, let them know you’re still unable to access your other account, and give them as much information as you can (the account’s serial for HoT, date of purchase, payment method used, etc.).

Where did you buy the expansion from?

Try -repairing your client (Search the KB accessed via the Support link). Another poster was having issues, and that seemed to solve some of them.
