I’ve not received replacement Golems on any of my characters.

I also have not received a replacement, and I had submitted an in game bug report. This caused an issue for me with two new alts.

Same here. I haven’t received a replacement golem bank.

they are still sending them out I think. I got one about 20 minutes ago.

How long is the replacement golem good for once it’s activated?

I just received one…but i don’t remember missing one….well…i created and deleted many new chars lately…might be that.

I was wondering why I just randomly received a golem banker from Anet today lol. I created a new toon the other day and was having issues with the golem banker but I just ignored it and kept going. Logged in today and received it and was like “WTH is this and why did I get it?” Then began the great Google search to see if I was alone. Thanks for this, had no clue there was even a problem.

With Deluxe Edition I got the golem banker on each character. However, only one replacement arrived in the mail…not one for each character. Is that correct? I would have thought the fix would have replaced each golem banker x 5 characters.
