Have u ever noticed that the skill of your pet(f2) was couting the cooldown like you or your pet was chilled, but the pet wasnt chilled?

Heres a ScreenShot fo this bug. U can notice:
-My Juvenile wolf isnt chilled
-The pet active skill(f2) recharge rate is working like the pet is chilled(showing blue numbers)
And i was counting the skill countdown, its working 66% slower!

I started notice this bug when my pet skill wasnt ready for use after i swap pets while im combat. I was using this pet:

Well, if the pet skill CD’s is 20 sec, and the pet swap CD is 20sec too, its impossible it not be ready after i pet swap, whem im in combat.
Of course its not an UI bug,

So, no1 else have seen this bug?

Its kittening annoying playing with it. No solutions?

Please report it in-game when you run across it again. I’m sure Anet is going to want live data.
