I play guild wars 2 with my wife. She have gw2 client with her serial key, and me too. We play through 1 router Zyxel. When we enter in guild wars 2 from 2 computers, one of us has error code 7:11:3:191:101
or client code Build 59065 Error Code 42:0:9001:4484
How to resolve its problem?

First of all- try to get rid of that Zyxel crap. Owned one myself once a couple years ago and would never-ever get one again.
About your problem: I think we had similar issues with online gaming back in those days, not sure wether it was GW1 or something else. What solved it for us, was to change from static IP to dynamic IP (or vice versa, don’t remember exactly). So you might want to start some try-and-error with the way you router distributes your LAN IP adresses.
Good luck!

If I had to guess- he did what I suggested. Some try-and-error with static and dynamic IP setups in his router settings.
