Problem with 2 clients from 1 router
First of all- try to get rid of that Zyxel crap. Owned one myself once a couple years ago and would never-ever get one again.
About your problem: I think we had similar issues with online gaming back in those days, not sure wether it was GW1 or something else. What solved it for us, was to change from static IP to dynamic IP (or vice versa, don’t remember exactly). So you might want to start some try-and-error with the way you router distributes your LAN IP adresses.
Good luck!

Wait! Before you go, what did you do to fix it ?
If I had to guess- he did what I suggested. Some try-and-error with static and dynamic IP setups in his router settings.
