Hello.

So I randomly talked to one of the trainers in queensdale, near the city, and she said I didn’t have enough experience, my character is level 80, although was levelled down to level 5.

You should still be able to talk to them to see what traits you can unlock.

I haven’t seen an official anet response anywhere tho.

I had the same problem outside the black citadel, but once I WPd into the citadel and talked with the trainers there, I was able to access the traits. Seems like the ones in the cities are the most reliable right now.

Oh my word ! And here I was thinking that I must be doing something wrong. Glad (sorry) to hear that it is actually an error. Thanks for posting.
