Questions/Issues after purchased PofFPP

If you had 6 slots when you purchased Heart of Thorns, it would have been because you purchased one of the editions that included a free character slot. You didn’t indicate you bought the Deluxe Edition.
If you now made another purchase that included another character slot, you would now be entitled to 7.
Again, you can contact the CS Team and discuss the issue with them.
Perhaps, you are confusing the Path of Fire Preparation Pack with the Path of Fire expansion, which you can not purchase in the Gem Store. You won’t get access to the expansion, Path of Fire, with any purchases in the Gem Store.

Im hoping I understood everything correctly.
1: additional bag slots are for one character only, one item, one slot.
2: That seems a mistake, and MAAAAYBE the ingame team can help you with that*. Obviously a lvl 80 character isnt gonna get higher, but I suppose you wanted the rewards for leveling up beyond lvl 80?That obviously wasnt the intention of the item. 3: Everyone has two demo slots. Do keep in mind that extra char slots sometimes take up to 72hrs(?) to appear ingame.
4: The preparation pack is only an in-game upgrade, you can buy it multiple times, and no code is connected to that upgrade.
Forum can’t help you with this anyway, You need to submit a ticket if anything actually seems bug/faulty. *You need to go to https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us and click on ‘submit a ticket’.
You can use the L80 Boost Ticket only if you have a free Shared Inventory Slot (or one with a L80 Boost occupying it).

You can use a L80 Boost on a L80 character for the rewards only.
Gem Store purchases will not show up in ‘My Account’. You may see your purchases in History in the Gem Store panel in-game.
Bag slots are for 1 character only.

This morning only 1 (one) Demo was available to me, and now there are two.
I do not remember how many slots were on my account, now have 7, and I cannot find the information how many slots were added after purchase Heart of Thorns.
Therefore, a defect with which I should contact the support only with Black Lion Instant Level 80 Ticket.

No, paid accounts have 5 character slots standard. If your purchase included an extra character slot, you should have 6. Demo slots don’t count, as they will be removed at the end of the Beta Weekend(s).
When contacting the CS Team, you can discuss the missing character slot, and also ask to have your BL Instant L80 Ticket replaced.

Then I bought another +5 slots with Heart of Thorns (Deluxe), total, 7.
Now, for gems I bought an extension with one more slot.

No. When you upgrade from Play4Free to a paid account, your character slots go from 2 to 5. A paid account, whether bought new or upgraded from Play4Free has 5 slots standard. Some purchases include an extra character slot. Then the account would have 6.

I found a screenshot how I started to play Heart of Thorns.
Really, I had 6 slots.
And then bought the Living World Season 3 and 2 Complete Packs.
