Is the 100% hero completion separate from the 100% map completion? I know the most recent update fixed the map completion, however, I have no received the title. Specifically, do I have to finish storymode to be ‘fully complete’?

I have 100% World Completion as well as all Explorer titles. I have however not completed my personal story. My title progress is stuck on 97%.

Yep, same situation.

I have 100% map complete and all explorer achievements, and I’m at 98% on the title progression

The guess is that either it’s still bugged or you need the full dungeon explorer achievement as well

Yeah I’m hoping that a mod can clarify what is needed for completion.
