Today, April 25th marks the 6 month anniversary of the discovery that Radiant Retaliation stopped working. Happy Anniversary! It has been completely non-functional for 6 months.

(I suspect something to do with fixing the WvW/PvP retal scaling back in Sept/Oct 2014 may have caused RR to stop working.)
