Our game finished a long time ago, but for some reason all the players are unable to leave map. I tried to log out, exit the game application, and even restart computer, but me and some other players are unable to get out of the map.

If any devs are looking at this, please let us out >.<.

Doomed to replay the same match over and over as long as I win again and I get points I’m good lol. But really… fix this!

I’m stuck in courtyard. We won the match 500 to 25 with 55 seconds on the clock. HELP get me out!

Also stuck – 10/10 would recommend if you want to 1v1 – I might actually get good at this rate.

i guess since our character’s soul are trapped in the pvp world doomed to repeat the same match, i’ll play something else…

Me too man, and my entire team and opposite team. There are more than 4 posts posting about this issue, and we are all waiting for them to fix it up.

Yep, a couple new threads already. Quite a few maps right now.

Stuck for about 15-20 min now.

i read in other post from 3 months ago that some guys got out by logging out completely for a short time . the reports varied from 5 to 25 minutes
though it said they get logging errors when changing maps
Also this solution did not work for some of the afflicted

seim stuck in match now for 30 min try reloging swap char creading new char, wvw and no luck still get teled to seim match thad was over 30min ago

I too, am stuck in eternal PvP hell. You can only duel the same 5 guys so many times…

Because I can. Anet gave me the power to make topics, so I will abuse it whenever I feel displeased. Also, everybody went offline so now I’m lonely ;(

update: uhhhh, I wrote what’s below and was about to make a video of this happening, but then it was fixed. I assume there’s a time-out for staying in a match or someone got the first reports and reset our locations or something (ty!). figured I’d post it anyways for people’s giggles and to provide a report to help this not happen again in the future.

This is something straight out of Sword Art Online (which my guild is named after incidentally) :P

The Story:
I played a normal unranked pvp match. just me, no party beforehand.
we played, match ended 371 to 500.
It loaded me back to hotm, then instantly loaded back into the match.
Everyone else reported the same thing.
game timer is stuck at 4:59, scores are stuck, we are able to capture points and kill svanir and chieftan and each other, but does not affect score.
when I press ‘leave the current match and…’ it loads to hotm, then instantly loads back into the match
when I go to character selet, it loads to hotm, then instantly loads back into the match
when I exit to desktop, it loads to hotm, then instantly loads back into the match
here’s the fun bit: when I select a DIFFERENT CHARACTER, it loads to Lion’s Arch (or wherever that character was), then instantly loads back into the match.
all 10 of us are stuck here.

I submitted bug reports in-game, but wanted to submit them here as well for completeness (I submitted several shorter reports as I was discovering what would keep us here)
