The skill point in Wayfarer Foothills NE of Grawlenfjord Waypoint in Sanctum of Rall will not activate, the NPC Bear Shaman Marga [Skill Point Challenge] appears to be sitting down and you only have the option of “greet”. The skill point is not enabled for activation, this has been occurring for the last several hours.

She’s still not working on Piken Square, for me atleast. There’s an option to Greet but no option to Talk, so the skill challenge can’t be initiated. Really frustrating, last thing I need to finish the zone…

Broken Shaman in Ruins of Surmia. Guested at Piken Square and Gandara, also broken. Don’t know whether to try elsewhere or not even bother trying. Someone here suggested to finish the event chain with grawls next to it; we did, but it did not help.

Same issue here on Piken Square (rhyme was not intended btw). Waited for ages last night, got frustrated, went to sleep, came back online to find the skill point still wasn’t available to do.

She’s just always sitting down looking at some bear statue, and when you try talk to her all she does is say quotes and stuff. No dialogue options whatsoever.

Thanks in part to this bug, I accidently transferred my account to another server. I say in part because ultimately it was my fault for clicking too quick. I was talking to my wife and not paying attention, so 2k gems and a week off home server.

I never guest, so wasn’t familiar with the process. Tried to guest to find a server it worked on and screwed it up. Not ANets fault that I’m an idiot, but had it been working, I never would have been in that situation.
