The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that I do not have the banner for joining the order. I was doing these quests together with my fiancee, however, her storyline seemed to be fine (screenshot attached). She was promoted from Initiate to the Agent of the Order of Whispers and now has the banner unlocked at character select screen. In my case, I cannot reroll (lvl 50) and am missing that reward…

5 – I did not get to choose which order to go with. At the end of his quests it asked if I wanted to progress as it always does. I accepted and it jumped me forward

7 – I finished “the Trap” with no problems. After that it got weird. My friend choose the Whispers and I clicked to agree with his choice and progress me as well.
8 – We tried to do the next part in his quest line, Selling Secrets, to see if it fixed it for me… it did not. I’m bummed

I was on “The Lost Chieftain’s Return,” working with the Vigil, when I grouped with my friend for the same story step. His character was working for the Order of Whispers, and since it was his instance I accepted the outcome for my story when we finished. Doing so led me to “Suspicious Activity” and it appears as if my character had been working with the Order of Whispers rather than the Vigil.
After Breaking the Bone Ship, the Battle of Fort Trinity played out incorrectly, and I was put on the quest Liberating Apatia instead of my proper quest.

Regardless of the posted “rules” for this forum post, can we please have someone update that this is somewhat of a priority to fix. I would like to continue to play the game, but this lack of interest in our issue is really making me rethink my choice in playing your game.

Both characters are Human and storylines were merged so we were both doing them together. We were on mission level 26 (The Sad Tale of the Ravenous). At the end of the mission I chose to join the Vigil. My tag-along did not get to make a choice. The next step after making the choice was to read a letter in the mail. She did not get one and her next quest was level 48 (Forewarned is Forearmed).
My storyline progressed as normal

Level 30 Story (Before skip): Dredging up the Past [Phase 2]
Skipped to: Level 48 “On Red Alert”
Triggering Event: Guest in another player’s copy of the quest “Dredging up the Past [Phase 2].” After completion, was offered the “You have earned the right to progress your story” option. Upon pressing “Accept” my character was skipped to Lvl 48 quest “On Red Alert”
You guys said “lvl 30 story: at the point where you choose an organization (Vigil, Durmand Priory, Order of Whispers.” but it was fine for me. The story after that was “lvl 31: Dredging up the Past” which was the correct story. The skipping happened right after the first part “Visit the Mystic Plaza in Lion’s Arch.” I was doing that story with a friend of mine who has the same story line which he was the party leader. Right after that my story line skipped to “lvl 48: On Red Alert”.
Other info:
• Selected Durmand Priory as the order
• noble, never meet parents, charm
• error occurred at level 61 when I did the story
• In my personal story, it lists The Queen’s Justice and then On Red Alert.

Story Changed: lvl 70: I had done the missions with Tonn (blowing up the bone ship), and then at the Battle of Fort Trinity, I had apparently gotten a krait orb that I never heard about (I did, however, remember getting an ancient dwarven tome about knowledge of the elder dragons that Zhaitan was also after). The follow-up quest is “Liberating Apatia”, which I know is wrong since I don’t know who Apatia is or what I apparently did with her.
