i just reinstalled the game after a problem yesterday
i cant get in the game after char select i get stuck in the loading screen or when i get in the game i cant leave the map i am in what can i do about that plz help me

i have tryed sinse lanst night to log in around 21.00 Danish time
and i still cant get ini dont have the error code at this moment

Same here. Everything was alright when I logged in, but after changing character I suddenly got disconnected and now I can’t log in anymore…

I have the exact same problem. When I first logged in everything was working fine (although a bit laggy) but when I switched characters it had connection issues when loading that character. I have been able to log back in but now am not able to load any character.

Message I am getting: ‘The game client lost it’s connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again. (Code= 7:11:3:191:101)’

I manage to login with another char, map divinty reach, but my main char still stuck in the heart of the mist.

It’s the same for me. Sometimes I’m stuck right at the login screen. Sometimes I can select a character and it drops the connection after the loading screen.

so it is when someone carries the pressure … sometimes have the impression that they still play in the beta

whether support will fix it today and allow me to do daily, why the manufacturer of each game can apologize for the mistakes and compensate them gaming community. AN just does not do

Have had this problem since wvw-reset last night.
After about 10-20 tries of loading the client, I sometimes success to login. But then my loading screen ingame get stuck, and nothing happening.

I use SSD harddrive for this game, and normally my loading screen ingame are very fast. I have let it try to just load for a few mins, and sometimes it let me into a map.
And if I get in, it feels like I’m playing form a 56 modem, skills not responding.

Edit: Some people seems to not have this problem, is it an area problem?

Game is completely unplayable for me right now, been trying to log in for an hour now, error 7:11:3:191:101 too, game is stuck on state_server_wait, other times it won’t stream. I can log into the Grove but when I try to change maps it won’t work half the time.

Lags and disconnects 14-15 of August.

I’m expiriencing a lot of disconnects and unable to log on. I don’t know if it’s the servers that are not working as intended? But I’ve been having lags and such this weekend. Has anyone else experienced the same?

I managed to login but i can’t post lfg, i don’t see my guild (it says im not in one) and everyone in my friend list is in an “unknown” location. Hope this helps fix faster…

I managed to get into a map for a short time, and I took the /ip and made a pathping to the address.

I love it! Code=42:0:9001:4418:101 pops up when I want to do anything PvP related, I’m stucked in loading screens until they white out and stop my GW2 client and first of all I have to get past this login error.

tons of problems this morning
able to go to eternal battlefield but not frontline maps.
Then not able to login anymore

Managed to login after several tries, but crashed again when i tried to enter WvW (loading screen stuck at 100% for ~5mins now).

I have the same issue. It started at last WvW reset on friday evening. Most of the time I can load into character select, but choosing character just gets me stuck in loading screen. MapLoadInfo says: STATE_SERVER_WAIT and stays at 0%

Sometimes I can load into game and it works flawlessly, until I change instance or load into different map (couldn’t get into fractal party yesterday, even though I could load into Lion’s Arch).

I logged in one hour ago and did my daily and now after disconnect I can’t login back on any account.

Having exactly the same issue, I’ve even repaired the game but still cannot get in the game, on a couple of attempts I get to a loading screen but the game then crashes.

note for developers that may help:
- one of my character cannot start playing at all
- another can do PVE, eternal battlefields
- 3rd can only do PVE

7:11:3:191:101 when i try to login, yestaday i also got it feel like it happens when you try to enter WvW map and if you manage its laggy like hell.

And now Error Code: 58:11:5:535 and 42:0:9001:4418.

Think it would be smarter to tell if you get attacked so we know its not anet to blame.

EDIT: When i finally managed to log in, nothing seems to work properly : Guild Tab doesnt work, guild chat doesnt work, trading post doesnt work..nothing. It says something about connectivity issues,

That’s what I want, someone from ArenaNet or Ncsoft to help us xD

Same Problems here.
Sometimes I can’t logg in at all. Or it lasts 5 minutes ’til I finally see the Characters.
Then the log in or port process takes very long… and a few minutes later I get kicked out again.
Pls fix soon!

My wife and I are getting the same thing. I will fish up the error code next time I try logging in and post it here. Exactly the same things happening as some people here:
Sit on loading splash screen waiting to log in for ages.
Start hearing players and sounds, but still on the loading splash screen.
Wait…
Wait…
Wait…
After a few minutes, you get booted to the character selection page with an error.

BUT.

In addition to that. We are only experiencing this with the characters we were playing last night in Kessex Hills specifically. We found we can log in to other characters situated in Cursed Shores and Blazeridge Steppes.

My wife’s character that was in Kessex Hills tried to enter PVP last night when the terrible lag started, thinking it might have been a zone thing. She got stuck on the loading splash screen and eventually gave up after too many errors kicking her to the character selection.

So…only one or two characters on our accounts are “stuck”. Don’t know if that adds anything valid or if anyone else experienced that.

I don’t know if it’s because the servers are getting full? Maybe they should try a free migration thing to help their servers?

It started to behave strange last night:

• Inability login (see error message at bottom of this post)
• DC’ing followed by messages about ianbility to connect to login-server,
• Spawning in a compleatly different spot compared to where I was last (not even been there during the day, and not closest to any contested WP’s) upon sucsessful login,
• loooong login attempts that either fails or gets u logged in just to throw u back out shortly after.
• DC’ing on map-travel/instances/PvP to PvE travel etc
• random skill-lags

I dont know what did they f… up this time but from yesterday around 18h im not be able to play game long loading 10min + dc fix it up fast or you gone lose people
every time i change map i get dc and log in again

So, same login problems and random disconnects everybody else has been having. Also just now two of my characters with 100% map completion just say 0%. So.. what’s up with that? Don’t get any specific error code either, if I try to access a charecter I just get a seemingly infinite loading screen.

I was playing for a few hours no problem, but after a while I got logged out at every map change.. after a few of those I got completely disconnected and now I cannot log in at all.
