So I gave up last night after being unable to log into the game on ANY character, waiting 2minutes per load screen, then having the game exit and run a ‘repair’ which takes another 10-15mins.

I uninstalled the game, and re-installed a freshly downloaded copy over night. Logged on this morning without any problems….

…until my first dungeon. Entered the dungeon fine, but when it came time to exit, 3minute loadscreen then finally thrown into the Mount Maelstrom zone.

Now I cannot use ANY skills but I can use party chat fine without delay. I eventually got d/c and now cannot play.

I have been having loading screen problem with WvW couple days now – like thefinnster here said: it’s just never ending loading screen – re started game several times alrdy – changed characters – tryid loading from different places into WvW: got twice on home borderland but can not get into Eternal Battleground at all (map do have a queue)

i couldent get in to the world period seems a diff problem for you

Same here! Every time I map change I DC and I can’t get back on. It’s kittening me off.

Was playing earlier today just fine. Log in again, everything is fine, even zone into the map I was previously in. Then it becomes apparent that I’m not actually connected to anything. Open up options and results vary from ping in the two thousands or just listed as 0. It was working fine for me literally an hour ago.

Same here got error Code=7:11:3:191:101 like a lot of other players since last night…

Come on anet fix it quickly, it’s so annoying to:
WAIT a long loading to play 5mn then CRASH .. WAIT again the loading then error code and that repeated AGAIN AND AGAIN to log in..

At least answer us about this issue, show a bit you are concerned and you are working on it, i don’t know..

same problem here.
Started yesterday around 9 o’clock in the evening. Can’t join any map or wvw matchup without disconnecting….. please fix it … it’s weekend time … !

I log into one character – it take 90+ seconds to load LA and when I finally get in the map… Its DCed without even kicking me out.

Log back on to another character, load the first zone fine, port into LA which also load fine and I think “meh maybe a fluke, I’ll try the first character again”.

Choose to log out, black screen. Force shut down the game, now I cant log back into the game.

Fix your darn game Anet, its been broken since yesterday

The game is UNPLAYABLE since yesterday. Characters get 0% map exploration and i can’t even load maps. When I do, I keep getting lags and slowdowns before beeing disconected. Sometimes I can’t even log in. Same happening for other players I know so it’s clearly not due to my internet connection.

Same problems here + heard a lot of people complaining about it as well. Last hour it went better, but here I am dc’ing again. Can’t even get in game. Maybe bc of the last patch? Don’t know but I cannot play like this.

any news? I also cannot login… im stucked at choosing a character then boom map doesnt loads..

They broke the game this friday due to a patch that did this, apparently:

Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug in which the Hero panel alert icon displayed incorrectly for some professions.

Yep, that’s the ONLY change noted since the tuesday patch.

This being able to break the game is… unbelievable.

Very, very annoying!

So the question to Anet is…

What was patched friday?

The tuesday patch notes has one later addition, which match fridays patch. All it did was this:
Fixed a bug in which the Hero panel alert icon displayed incorrectly for some professions.

Did this break the game? How could it possibly have done that. What was patched in the game this friday that Anet havent said anything about?

Stuck on Loadscreen… need fix fast plz

DC at fractals, can you please fix this already? don’t patch the game before the weekend at home!!!!

kittened up a fractal because everything went static except for me, couldn’t access menu by pressing escape, disconnected TWICE and I have now been stuck in the LA loading screen for several minutes.

sometimes possible to log in, sometimes not. dc’s in pvp and pve.

Disconnects are occurring since yesterday (or the day before can’t remember) but server performance and lag is here for quite some weeks.

Using VPN may solve login issues (at least it solved mine).

They are currently working to find the issue.

We just have to wait a few more … months lmao

45 minutes waiting at teq to get dc 1 minute before start now cant log back. not impressed with this kitten at all.

Wow, I’m glad to see it isn’t just me, because up till now I thought it probably was.

It seems for me that i only get dc when i go on a character that is in Lion’s arch unfortanely all of my characters are in LA.

Same here too, either it takes ages to login or nothing at all, then if I do get in, I get D/C when I change maps….. some unresponsive keys at times in game as well…

Same problem here. Either can’t log in or getting DCs after changing maps or swapping characters. I’d really appreciate more info on the matter and when it’s going to get fixed approximately.

Was able to log-in earlier (~30 minutes ago-ish), but guild, TP didn’t work, and had an error message upon loading into LA. Never tried to change maps before closing the game again.

I can log in to the character select screen but at the loading screen the game crashes and says there was a server log in error. This was like all day now…Devs are not posting any info either? At least say something like " we are aware of the problem and working on it"…

We believe this is resolved, but by all means please do post if you are still not able to log in. Any messaging you get — especially an error code — would be extra helpful.

Complete joke… Who would be stupid enough to push a patch on a Friday and then go home for the weekend?!?!

Guess we have to endure a weekend of crashes and login issues. Pathetic.

Happened to me a couple of times this morning, but now happening far more often.

Edit: now unable to log in at all (same error message, disconnected when trying to zone into LA). As an aside, the character I’m trying to log in with is showing 0% map completion on the select screen (should be 100%).

Yea… For me (and for my friend) problems triggered when I tried to log on different character. With 1st character was fine.

Been fine for me till about an hour ago, now I get kicked out of the game at every map-change and it takes several attempts to log back in.

Given that people have been reporting these issues since yesterday, I would also like to hear some kind of official response on what’s going on at least…

Please fix this! I been trying to swap to a different map for 4 hours now. but keep crashing.. now can’t even log into my favorite character anymore.

Would love to hear a dev response.

update – manage to get into home bl AFTER i ran my character out from LA – don’t know if it’s LA effecting here (think read someone saying something liek that) – so I ran out from LA with closest portal (General Fields) and ported from there to WvW – and now I actually am in.

I am in Gandarian fields and it happens to me there. I doubt its related to maps. I believe its the connection to there serves that stores the deta is messy atm.
