I started a ranked queue and when it popped I joined. Then I got stuck on the map results screen. I already tried relogging, switching characters, … but nothing helps. What can I do?

I have a guild mate who has the same problem as you.
He didn’t found the solution too.

Yeah I still have the bug, I even tried making a new character, waypointing, going to guild hall, … nothing works

Im also still stuck, sadly i couldnt progress my ascension daily achievement

I still get the message that I am in a PvP match, when looking at the PvP window (even though I am not).

Earlier in the evening (Before the patch) I played an PVP game, after it ended nobody could leave, even after relogging we always got the loading screen back in the map. Then the patch came out and I patched and after that I got into Lions Arch.
But since then I always get the message that the login server couldn´t access the game, when going to a new map. When I look at the PVP screen, it states that the game is still in progress, even though it was long finished. When I tried joining a group for high fractals, the game crashed immediately. I tried going in alone and I got into the fractal; I got out of the fractal, searched a group, tried entering it again, game crashed, again. I tried it like three or four times.

I was in a pvp match yesterday and got stuck at the end also, I couldnt leave without being sent back in the pvp map over and over again, even with multiple characters relogged.

The patch hit soon after, I finally was able to play normally outside of pvp. Then I noticed I couldnt rejoin any ranked queue because the game says I have a match in progress ever since pre-patch of yesterday.

So I’m not stuck anymore in a pvp match but I cannot join any new match either since yesterday.

Still stucked in “Match is in progress”.

Nearly anouther day has passed … it is a bit difficult to play with

I’m stuck in PVP after the match finished. Tried everything from relogging, completely exiting and clearing the game cache (AppData\Local),
First it appears to be loading my former location (Brisban Wildlands). Then the screen flickers one time (black screen for a really short time). The same loading screen appears. One more flickering and after that it loads the map Battle of Champion’s Dusk. With one more flickering in between. Don’t know if it’s helpful but seems unusual.

I have this too, or should I say had. Repairing the client did get rid of this window. How ever upon logging back I was unable to queue. Pressing either ranked or unranked did absolutely nothing. Reinstalling the whole thing as we speak.

To confirm, is everyone running into this issue is not getting into a match at all and just getting stuck after the map selection is finished? Is there anything unusual happening between accepting the match ready and the end of map selection? Any details could be helpful for investigation.

That’s right. Queued up, the first window popped (Accept, Decline, Dismiss). I accepted and it was time to select map. I think it was 8 votes on Coliseum so it won (can’t remember if anyone voted for anything else tho, if that matters). After the map won, the window didn’t go away. The game didn’t pop either. I tried to restart the game (and the PC lol), I logged alts, went into Fractal Lobby (and Fractal 100), WvW and Guild Hall. The window kept being there. As I said, a repair fixed half the problem but I still couldn’t queue after so I’m just going to reinstall.

Queued up for a game of PvP with two other people. Now stuck with the Map Results screen like the others on this thread (also see image below). They’re also stuck with it as well and will direct them to this thread afterwards. Please help if you’re able.

My daughter and I were queing for pvp just now, and after accepting que we got stuck on “Map Results” screen. Re-logging the account, switching maps, switching characters, even switching computers did nothing to help. We are now both stuck with this Map Results screen in the middle of our screen which is making any part of the game un-playable. Can someone please help get us unstuck.

Que’d up with a friend and got stuck with the ‘map results’ page. I’ve tried switching characters/re-logging, but nothing is working.

The same window pvp choose what the map for the hext match stay block at vitam eternam,no change if i change map to lion for exmple ,not change if i restart.

Edit: nvm it was gone untill i used a waypoint and now its back…

E3: It has been 7 hours now and still no response. About 80% of my free day is over and this stupid bug is still preventing me from enjoying the game.
