Guild Wars 2

So yesterday I used my tome of Influence to give my Guild a boost of influence and when I double clicked it and the item disappeared, but the influence was never added to the guild. Is this a known issue? Is there any way of possibly fixing this plz. Thank you.

I have seen a few other people talking about this but I used my influence scroll (400 and 1000 one ) and both worked perfectly fine. So it might just be random that this issue is occurring.

I used my influence scroll and got the influence from that. Just having the issue with my tome, which makes me sad bc thats the one i paid for.

I want my 1000 influence… Anet, help plz!

Some of my guild mates wasted their tomes also. They created a ticket and got a response that it is a known error and ANet is working on this.
