Transmuted items draw name from stat item, not skin item, this result’s in my Heritage Boots being named as “Flame Legion Shoes”, my friend’s Lyss is now pearl handcannon (and btw. in the wardrobe the skin is named chaos gun, and he wanted the name Lyss above all…)

Yes, and i also bug-reported it on the german forums. We can only hope anet will change this. They have done it exatcly the wrong way, items are named after their stat-giving-items and not skins.

This results for example in the problem that my brahams shield with its special inscription is now named as a perl-shield and the inscription is gone.
