Im seeing threads that are 2 months old reporting this problem. It is now second time in a row that I dont get my chest. Any chance this will EVER be fixed? Or do I just stop doing wurm all together? Can’t even get a freaking compensation. Ridiculous.

Just happened to me and few other people. No bonus reward. 2 hours spent for NOTHING..

Hello this bug has been there for a while .It won’t get Fixed any time soon , trust me when i say this .The only reason to kill the wurm is only for the sake of killing it ( you can call it challenge i guess …).Here is a tip that many ppl think fixes the problem , try to always tag up a Veteran wurm some ppl usually get their side chest like that (they didn’t b4 ),now this is not sure 100% but hey at least better then Abbbbsooolutte silence from Anet devs.Hf gl.

I’ve killed the wurm about 10 times and received a total of 3 chests. Just when I tell myself “I’m never wasting 2 hours of my life running this bs content for no reward again” I try it, and again don’t get any reward.

It’s getting tiring, and the lack of official response to the issue is frustrating. Never again.

Sure enough, thought to myself “can’t keep happening, can it?”

Killed another 2 hours or so getting organized, fought properly from what I could tell, tagged veteran wurms, and got the shaft once again. Literally got 6 greens for my efforts from the big chest at the center of the map.

I think this is a convincing photo – just got the karma for killing it (bottom right corner), no bonus chest, no loot, nothing.

On a related note, after winning <I honestly don’t remember how many> wurm fights, finally, FINALLY, the wurmicidal achievement triggered.

Chest or no chests, I’m never going back.

Happened to me just now too. Ticket submitted but I haven’t heard responses from the last time this happened. Can we get some dev attention to this one?

The last two times I did this event, I didn’t get the golden/silver chest. Finished the achievements for it and won’t be doing it again until this is fixed.
