Guild Wars 2

So i waited a few days before opening the wintersday mail, which i did today, i have the letter in my inventory but i can’t double click or use it to activate the quest, it says content disabled. Not quite sure what to do or if i can do this quest or why it might be disabled

You can do the quest even without reading the letter, it’s just a reminder/reference. Go to your home instance in any major city, find the NPCs with the lollipop icons, and go from there.
