Attempted to purchase gems last evening, and was given “An Error has occurred. Please try again later.”

Tried again about 10 minutes ago, and still getting the Error has occurred message. Currently unable to purchase gems from the gemstore using credit card.

Yep, still unable to purchase gems by use of a credit card. This saddens me because I really really really really wanted to purchase something. This makes kittah super sad.

Thanks to the amazing help of the support team, was finally able to make that purchase.

Turns out the “.” period was to blame in the billing address field.

However, considering I had three of those little dots in that field since launch, and never had a problem for any purchases until this last patch came out, i’m gonna have to say it was a very recent change to the billing program.
