Hi, are anyone else unable to transform 25 quartz crystals into a charged one?

It worked fine for me on wednesday

but on thursday and friday the place of power(s) won’t give me the option to transform them :l

Oh yea, that must be it :/ because I didn’t recive some chests and stuff either
