I cant open the Unsafe Wintersday Gift. Was able to open the other one.

Are you in the mists? For some reason I cannot open unsafe gifts in PvP / PvP lobby (while I can open all the other ones).

In turn, I can open all consumables in PvE, except for PvP reward progress. I have to go back to the PvP lobby to be able to double click that.

I agree, it’s somewhat random and annoying.
