Guild Wars 2

Its majorly bugged at the moment. Its supposed to grant stability, and ignore control effects, but currently only works 50% of the time. I have not seen any updates impacting this skill, but it was not like this several days ago. It is just not stopping fear, knockdowns or stun at the moment, like I said at least for at least 50 % of the time ( well put down before effects).

You may already know this…but just in case:

Although Well of Power lasts 5 sec., the Stability effect only lasts for 1 sec. (i.e., for the first sec. of the well). So if you cast it too far ahead of your foe’s attack, the stability will have expired.
