WvW Bug – Garrison upgrades are stuck / bugged

Reinforced doors according to npc are upgrading but it has been stuck on that for 3+ hours, supply is full and no bar saying upgrading on top right corner of screen.

Garrison is now bugged and no upgrades will work…

Obviously that is a pretty big advantage for the enemy.

Would Eliandal’s suggestion mentioned at this link fix this issue?

I don’t take part in WvW so I am not sure how Tower Upgrades and Garrison Upgrades work. Please let us know if their suggestion helps with this issue.
