There seems to be some hidden punishments relating to the forum. After an account has been banned, and reinstated, How long must the previously banned player wait before they can post a new topic in the forum? even though the account is supposedly no longer banned?

There are several actions levied against a forum account that are time-sensitive. Flood control, no signature, inability to create topics, et. No information is given on how long the limits are. It is just a matter of waiting.

No confirmation yet on whether or not its a bug though? “I am being punished” after my suspension is over.

Also.. I’ve received 3 infractions in about 3 years. Why is there no sort of.. decay?
