that is a bit of a joke to be fair, if i paid for the expansion and couldn’t play it, id either like my money back or at least compensating for running around like a idiot for a week

its actually funny, my mates emailed the devs sent a ingame bug report (twice) yet they seem to do nothing about it, but apologize. like biggz is dyslexic and isnt the best at spelling or wording these emails, so im helping him out with it, my hold guild is enjoying heart of thorns, leveling up Masterys, enjoying the new events in the new maps, while biggz is left behind stuck in some bugged quest unable to join us in HOT
so what do the devs really exspect him to do right now, you pay for an expansion you should be able to play the dam thing, so the only way out of this right now so he can progress in the game, would be to make another level 80 and hope the quest doesn’t bug out when he reaches silver wastes,
from a developers point of view surely they can login to his account and reset the quest, better yet pull ya fingers out and patch it, ive spent an amount of time on google trying to find a answer to this bug, it seems like many players across guild wars 2 have experienced it, weather the quest is just bugged, or if they disconnected during the Prologue, seems to mess things up,
Its very unprofessional when moneys involved this chap has clearly paid for a product he simply cant play !
