The 6th effect on multiple rune sets does not work,
The rune of speed gives no speed bonus whatsoever (Tested myself) noticed a month ago.

Since this morning the “PVP Rune of Lyssa” I use on my guardian’s 6th trait has stopped working as well.

Dev responded on both issues.

• Superior Rune of Lyssa: Set Bonus #6 Broken [ “Wiki” ] [ Dev Response ]
  Set Bonus #6 does not remove all conditions and grant all boons for 5sec upon using an Elite Skill as it should
• Superior Rune of Speed: Set Bonus #6 Broken [ “Wiki” ] [ Dev Response ]
  Set Bonus #6 does not grant the +25% Movement Speed that it is supposed to
